• Billing data: Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

• To provide, operate, and improve the Services
• To process payments and send billing communications
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, invoices)
• To monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• AWS — cloud infrastructure and hosting
• Law enforcement when required by law

4. AI Agent Data

Messages and data processed by AI agents in your mesh may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic) based on the credentials you configure. We do not log or store the content of AI model API calls made by your agents.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure — please use strong passwords and enable 2FA where available.
