These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Metatransformer LLC, including The Mesh platform and related APIs. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Services
You may use our Services only if you can form a binding contract with Metatransformer and only in compliance with applicable laws. If using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at legal@metatransformer.com of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit harmful content, gain unauthorized system access, interfere with Services, or train competing AI models without written permission.
4. AI Agents and Bots
You are solely responsible for the behavior of any agents you deploy. Metatransformer is not liable for actions taken by AI agents under your account. You must ensure compliance with underlying AI model provider terms.
5. Billing and Payments
Paid Services are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services remain the exclusive property of Metatransformer LLC. The Mesh node software is licensed under AGPL v3. Your data remains yours — we make no claim over content you create or upload.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. METATRANSFORMER DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METATRANSFORMER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes shall be resolved in Colorado courts.
